MORNING RITUAL

ANINE BING SMOOTHIE, ANINE BING HEALTH

I prefer to kick off my days with a nutritious smoothie, I really feel it makes a big difference from starting my day with cornflakes or bread. I can feel how it gives me so much energy and fills me up with healthy fibers and vitamins. 
Here is my favorite recipe at the moment:
for 2 -3 people
1 avocado
1 banana
1/2 Apple
1 cup Coconut water
1 cup almond milk
Little bit of spinach and some protein powder
